From our early discussions, they understood quickly what we wanted to achieve with the budget we have. They came back with design options that capture our ideas and the topography of our plot. We quickly work through the many details and the trade-offs viz aesthetics vs functionalities vs budget. They are a pleasure to work with and provided many design ideas. I'm very happy to say they excelled beyond all expectations to deliver our dream home within budget and on schedule. Remarkably they managed this despite the current chaos in the building industry. Prior to meeting Reza It had been a long and difficult process for us to even get the build started. We are grateful that we took his invaluable advice in relation to what direction we should take.Rezidence were great to work with throughout the entire process of building our new home. They understood our budget and produced a great designed home around this.Their help and support through out the planning and building was so very professional and truly wonderful. We had to make many decisions and they guided us on them all the way including interior design choices.We are so very happy with our new home. About three years ago I needed to build a new house, principally due to my wife's health issues. It had to be wheelchair friendly. But it also had to incorporate my main hobbies - carpentry, paper and related craft, calligraphy and painting, karaoke.I was very fortunate to be introduced to Rezidence. The team of Reza and Christian were simply amazing. They were attentive to all our needs and wants. They visited our home a couple of times see how we lived. They were very clever and creative and designed us a most aesthetically beautiful home. It's cosy and yet gives the impression of spaciousness. There's intelligent and practical use of space. It's ergonomic (if one can use that term to describe a house) and energy efficient. We can and intend to live here for the rest of our lives.I would definitely recommend all those seeking to build a new home custom designed to reflect their personality to consult Rezidence.
