Our experience with Luke and his team are that they are professional, efficient and creative in their work. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Kellett Design Group!

Absolutely appalling and terrible service. No transparency on costs, you’re basically signing up to give your money away. Constant miraculous, alleged unforeseen costs continuously popping up. No architectural involvement on drawings, you pay for an architect but you get a draftsman. The company works in isolation, no working relationships with builders or idea of true costs, or check in of costs before the drawings are progressed too far. They just take your money and the designs are out priced by 100’s of thousands. We lost $10,000 with this company, when we had to repay it with a professional architect for our house renovation the difference in service was unreal.

Luke and his Team are friendly, prompt, and reliable in handling all our (Sandtracks Design) Energy Efficiency requirements. His great Energy Efficiency knowledge enables us to collaborate and get the best out of each of our projects.

Could have been better…Initially working with Luke was great and it was the kind of service I had expected. We were then referred to Young, the communication was poor, he did what he wanted, the size of the the project was incorrect floor space and when corrected it distorted the entire plan. I then had to pay extra to have this fixed just so I could get my final drawing. Windows were not standard sizing I asked to change items and remove a window which wasn’t done. Our plan was drawn with gas appliances and run in when I stated there was bo gas etc

We have had a great experience with Luke and his team while designing our new granny flat for the rear of our property.The guys have been great to deal with from initial contact right through to even organising planning for the non standard size tight to our boundaries.While they were onsite we had such a positive feeling (and I must say enthusiasm for the project), they are now designing our new Spa area, front wall and a new modern facelift for the front of our current 80's style house.10 out of 10 for Kellett Design Group for all your design needs.
